HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE It is unfortunate that I have to write this review for Green Cocunut,..well situated in the ECR, closer to my daughter wedding venue Dakshin Chitra, and it so happened it just turneda NIGHTMARE for me. We almost booked the entire property for the wedding weekend and it turned sore and disgusting experience. 1. LIFT WAS NOT WORKING- we booked 24 deluxe rooms for elders in family and relatives and they were forced to climb with luggage to upper floors. Despite the manager Charles telling it will be rectified, nothing happened till the guests left. False promises only added fuel to the fire 2. FLUSH Not working in few rooms. Nightmare for guests to realize that flush is not working after the bathroom usage. They had to carry water from Washbain for toilet usage which turned horrible 3. AC Not working - 2 rooms had AC issues and it was not fixed despite repeated requests 4. HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE. We paid more that 5k per night for all rooms and the solar water heater went for a toss and my guests ended up in cold water on the wedding day. It was super bad experence 5. BUGS found in Bed: Atleast 3 rooms reported bugs in the bed which could have turned a mess had the guests suffered any bites 6. BIG NO NO Issue- One of our elderly guests requested for an additional bed and they simply went and put the same using the duplicate key as my guests were at the reception. Tresspassing into the hotel room in absence of guests is a sure NO NO. The guests had silk sarees, jewels and bags in the room and they were shocked to note that someone entered when they were away and had something gone missing, it would have been a mess. They dont even know who went and the security is a big issue I made a mistake of booking this place for one of the best events of our lives and I regret. In case you are looking for this place, please be aware and dont end up paying so much for a place that is not worthy. Greenary, the ambience, and location is great,..but service is the worst. I regret writing this even for it just made me so anxious during the wedding taking care of the guests. NOT WORTH the Money I paid!!!!

We had a horrible experience with this hotel, and none of the services are good, we awaited for 1:30 hours for lunch in alacarte service and food also not good and very badly cooking, heavy crowd at the restaurant for complimentry buffet breakfast and most of the people's are standing and eat and most of the crowd are waiting for complementary breakfast, and there is no proper response given by hotel staff and the worst part in alacarte service is extremely bad, we reached late for check-in so went for al-a-carte lunch service which is paid restaurant, even we awaited for nearly 1:30 hours for food and the waiter even haven't come and took the order, we keep called him and then he came to our table for taking orders, and worst ugly rooms which is wors badly maintained and swimming pool also not maintained and in room intercom not working and for room service awful, ordered and awaited for hours then they came with the food , totally none of the services and amenities are good, waste of money and don't waste time in this type of hotel.

My unplanned stay at Green Coconut Resort was amazing The hospitality of staff is excellent Specifically Manger Mr Prame he is good Hindi and English and help us lot unexpectedly in Lockdown. The ambiance was good and in lockdown we spent a good time inside resort with my family

We booked this the last minute - so i don't blame them - 15-16 Jan 2020. We stayed in Annexure Building - More like a hotel room than resort. A little low on activity, and food was not at all okay. Staff very Courteous.

Our family stayed at the resort for a night and two days in mid January 2020, while the greenery of the resort is excellent, the food at times and the maintenance were really sad. Our room had a leaky tap and WC which inspite of repeated requests went unattended. There were cigarette butts in the balcony which again were never cleaned at all though we had informed the housekeeping at least half a dozen times. The outdoors are lovely only wish the property owners and managers do a little justice to service, maintenance and quality. You cannot take your guests for granted.
